What excites you most about working for Crystal & Company?
I think what excites me about Crystal & Company is really being able to deliver for our clients. There’s not a lot of downtime. Our clients are working 24 hours a day to get to a transaction, and that timeframe is usually about a two week period. We don’t have the option to move slower than they’re moving. We have to be ready and we work hard to drive results each and every time.
We understand business.
The key is to understand the client’s business inside and out. Where does the product come from? Where is the product made? Do they have several suppliers? Do they have single source suppliers? What sort of issues exist? The better equipped we are in understanding their operations, the better we can deliver for them in all aspects, whether it's risk control, claims management, placement of insurance, and so on, that’s what we try to deliver. Not just in year one, but year over year.
